Your relationship may begin with an introduction to Debbie Applewhite, but it does not take you long to realize why clients, customers, and friends know her as "Apple".

"Apple" graduated from the University of Missouri with a major in Merchandising. Throughout her career she has served multi-faceted positions including being a business owner and working for a major automotive industry as a liaison to the rental car business. Her diversified work life helped immensely as she began her real estate career on the Gulf Coast of Florida in 1995.

In 2001 she moved to moved to Asheville. Upon arriving she bought and renovated an adorable WWII bungalow. It was during that undertaking when she realized that obtaining a NC real estate license would be her next step. (It could not come soon enough!)

In addition to real estate, "Apple" enjoys gardening, community involvement, walking and collecting Christmas ornaments. When Christmas arrives she has a tree in every room, including the kitchen.

Having resided in multiple states throughout her lifetime, “Apple” understands the need for finding an agent that you can trust.
