This letter is being forwarded as a complimentary thanks to your agents, Bob Sinners and Ruth Ann Hoffman. They both provided exceptional service to us in the recent sale of our home in Waynesville.

Our home was listed in October at a time that could be critical before the winter downturn. It was indicated that more than likely the home would probably attract a buyer from out of state. However, the only preparation for listing was to have the carpet cleaned. We were fortunate that the same day the carpet was cleaned, the actual buyer saw the house and an offer was made. The offer was countered and Ruth Ann stood her ground based on her comprehensive research. She got out price and kept us informed through contract negotiations to closing. Bob worked with the new owner to secure a lease back contract for 6 weeks.

We are now scheduled to close on our new home in the Orchards of Flat Rock on January 23, 2008 and move the weekend of January 26th. Our thanks again to Bob and Ruth Ann for their wonderful service. My husband and I live in Florida and have decided to move to the Carolinas. We investigated South Carolina first and realized it was not for us. We did some extensive research and decided on North Carolina. Chris Robinson was recommended to us. We had very little phone contact with her before we arrived in NC, however the first hour we were with her we knew we "hit the jackpot" with a realtor. We spent two days with her going all over...unfortunately, nothing intrigued us. We left to go back to FL. We had more phone contact with Chris and came back to NC again in October. We spent two very active days with Chris. She had a ton of properties to show us and by now she knew exactly what we wanted. One of the properties she showed us was Crest Mountain. When we drove up the entrance way Chris said "This one you are going to fall in love with" and she was right! We are in the process of finalizing on a lot and couldn't be any more thrilled, it's exactly what we dreamed about.

We did get exactly what we wanted because of Chris Robinson's perseverance and patience. Nothing was too much for her. She drove us to places that we didn't know existed. When we told her "No, this isn't for us", her answer always was "Okay, we'll just keep on going."

We Recently received, completed and returned our client survey, but felt compelled to write you a seperate note to let you know what a wonderful Realtor you have at your office.

We met Bob Anderson over a year ago when we decided to relocate to Asheville from another state. As many know, moving to an unfamiliar area can be a daunting task, especially with children. Let me also start by saying we are not the easiest clients to work with. We had very specific needs and wants, particularly about the type of community we were looking for. Additionally, we've never been especially thrilled about the service given to us by previous Realtors, and we've had our share.

After these details were expressed, Bob spent an entire afternoon "touring" us around the area, pointing out the different school districts and family oriented areas that would suit our needs. To date, this was the most informative introduction to a new area we have ever received. Over the next year, Bob remained dedicated to showing us numerous options, never giving up on the search. What happened next is a tribute to Bob's talent. One weekend we requested he schedule appointments for us to view some newly constructed homes, only to be disappointed once again with the small yards and lack of community. He then inquired on a home he had emailed us a few times prior to our meeting. I expressed my reluctance to see it, due to the appearance of needing updating and lack of familiarity with that particular community. But he convinced me to "take a look" and lo and behold, it was the house we were looking for.

His efforts did not stop there, however. After an offer was presented and some negotiations were made, we ran into some unforeseen financing obstacles. Bob, of course, worked diligently to assist us in working through them. We are now proud owners of that magnificent home, knowing that without Bob's insight to our needs and wants, we would have missed the opportunity had he not convinced us to "take a look".
